We currently use Toll Express to ship all our products unless otherwise requested, or if a P.O. Box is given as the delivery address.

To ensure your bugs are in the finest condition possible upon arrival we close our shipping manifest at 12pm on Tuesday of each week. Any order placed after this time will be put into next week’s manifest.  This is to ensure that your bugs are not transit any longer than absolutely necessary, or stranded somewhere over the weekend.

Purchase our bugs only as required as you need to put Bio Works bugs out as they arrive. They are hungry, ready to be released into your environment, and have no shelf life.

Please make sure you address is correct in every aspect, as confusion often causes delays.
